When cycling, stay alert and always follow the Highway Code. Pay particular attention at intersections and make sure to respect traffic directions: never ride on streets in the wrong direction, unless signs specifically allow bicycles to do so. In the vineyards, take care around vehicles and tractors, particularly during the harvest period. Wearing a helmet is strongly recommended, as well as a high-visibility vest or reflective equipment to remain clearly visible, especially at the end of the day.
The routes suggested above are itinerary recommendations. We encourage you to remain vigilant throughout your journey and to adapt your riding to traffic conditions and your surroundings.
