Discover ‘Echappée en Champagne’, a 72km loop that invites you to slow down and explore an exceptional region listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It passes through 14 iconic villages, winding its way through vineyard-covered hillsides, forests and stunning panoramic views.
Whether you tackle it in a single day for a challenging hike or spread it over two days for a more leisurely pace, this route is suitable for everyone.

Cycle route 52 runs alongside the River Marne and its side canal for over 90 km from Dormans to Vitry-le-François, passing through Épernay and Châlons-en-Champagne.
Offering breathtaking views of the Champagne hillsides, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, skirting the Montagne de Reims Nature Reserve, linking places steeped in history, retracing the footsteps of pilgrims and revealing the remains of chalk mining, the V 52 allows you to discover the rich landscapes and heritage that make up the unique world of the Marne Valley.
Along this route, do not hesitate to explore the attractions of the towns and villages along your journey, or to enjoy a break at one of the many picnic areas provided.
The Marne Valley Cycle Route is part of the national route No. 52 from Paris to Strasbourg.
