From the family estate to the champagne houses, each producer will have the pleasure of sharing his story with you, evoking his terroir, and guiding you through his cellars, his vineyard and his press. GUIDED TOUR OF AY-CHAMPAGNE The small town of Aÿ-Champagne is located in the heart of the Champagne vineyards, whose historic hillsides are listed as World Heritage by UNESCO. This town has a natural heritage, its vineyard, but also cultural and industrial; a Gothic church, large mansions, champagne houses (Ayala, Bollinger, Deutz …), many winegrowers, Champagne architecture, alleys where it is good stroll… Aÿ is also the birthplace of a master glassmaker, jeweler and jeweler: René Lalique.
